Recognizing Your Potential - This is a personal development program to help individuals and teams recognize and incorporate the methods and tools that will ensure success.  In this 8 hour course students will learn about human design, communication, attitude, goal setting and time management.  (This class is used by the Heating & Air Board of Alabama for CE credit).  This course is in conjunction with and approved by Gadsden State Community College.

Recognizing Your Potential Short Course - This is a 1-2 hour presentation designed to inspire, uplift and motivate any team to excel personally and professionally.  This is a great opening session for meetings, dinners and special occassions.

 

Sales in a Changing Environment (the key to success) - This training class is designed to help company representatives improve production and increase their effectiveness in closing the sale by understanding their potential in building rapid rapport with clients.

 

Mastering Supervision (A Recognizing Your Potential course)   (becoming the master motivator) - A supervisor today must be skilled at more than the job, they must be a decision maker, coach, problem solver, counselor, motivator and accountant.  Our training will help you become an effective communicator, develop into a bold decision maker, understand human motivation and how to begin to build and mold your team into a more powerful and productive force for the company.

 

Successful Business Management & Exceptional Customer Service (A leadership course about Purpose and Passion in the workplace)  - This training is designed to help leaders identify, understand and communicate purpose and value in the workplace.  When every employee recognizes their purpose for being part of the team their passion will be ignited and the results will be evident on the bottom line.  Every leader must have the ability to cultivate purpose into their team's vision and from purpose comes passion and passion produces tremendous success.

 

Marriage, Money & Romance (A Success in the Home series) - This is a very specialized seminar designed to help couples understand the purpose of marriage, ways to increase their finances and how to keep romance alive in their marriage.  Many organizations are recognizing that job performance is greatly affected by the marriage relationship. Some are opting to help their people discover what it takes to become a great husband, wife, father or mother.  This is a very controversial subject today, especially in the corporate environment, but one that must be approached if radical success is the goal.
